My hope is that you will find this a gentle space to connect with other women, slow down, unwind, share a laugh, and leave feeling supported and nurtured.

 

Whether you're pregnant, have a babe-in-arms, navigating toddlerhood, raising older children, or your children are grown, you're warmly welcome.

Come with your little one(s) or take some time for yourself.

These circles are being held in my garden over the summer - I will send the full address and further details once I receive your booking.

​​These gatherings will be guided by you - and by any babes and wildlings present - so there is no set format, we will see what fits and flows on the day. If there is opportunity, we'll include some gentle movement, grounding techniques and mindfulness practices. There will most definitely be homemade cake!  Overall it is a space for you to come as you are (yes, really!) 

and be supported. ​​​
